To add power to your visualizations, your affirmations and for some your meditations, you need to include all of you.
You can visualize all you want but if all you have is a picture in your head, that’s usually where it’ll stay, in your head as a wish or a hope.
On the other hand, when you bring that image into your body by adding feelings, both physical and emotional then that wish begins to live.
When you then also add sounds and maybe a scent and a taste, it has already happened.
Athletes have already discovered this, that the brain doesn’t know fantasy from reality, so imagining with feeling actually creates changes in your whole body.
What you imagine has already happened and creation is already on its way. They have already won their race or the game.
Adding that kind of power is the difference that makes the difference.
Here's a "script" to help you:
Imagine yourself in the situation you want to create.
What do you see around you? When you look down, you see your hands and feet.
What do you hear? Yourself saying, others around you saying?
How does the air feel on your skin? How does your body feel?
And the emotions of already being there?
Maybe there is a scent in the air? A taste in your mouth?
Feel the joy and excitement in already having arrived and living there NOW.
